/ CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
All products are made to order, fresh, and from scratch. Should you decide to cancel your order before you receive it, 25% of your total order amount is nonrefundable. This is nonnegotiable.
If you are not satisfied with your product, it is mandatory that you return the uneaten portion in the same shipping box/packaging and order another product of the same value. You must also pay for shipping your order back to The MonAlicia Bakes through our standard carrier, USPS.
Due to COVID-19 and an influx of orders, waiting times have increased. We will do our best to make sure your order is completed in a timely fashion.
Our cookies are made-to-order. If there is any urgency in regards to your order; it is needed by a specific date or within a certain time frame; wholesale; or for a special occasion, please make note at checkout. You will automatically receive an invoice regarding the mandatory $25 rush fee. This is required in order to move up your order in the queue. We are not responsible if the following information is not made known during your checkout process and your purchase will be completed in the order in which it was received.
